Vintage Rentals + Design + Coordination

We offer vintage rentals, design and styling, event and wedding coordination services. We want to be able to make your event easier for you by giving you multiple vendor service options all under one roof. From a la carte vintage rentals to full service design and styling with set up and tear down, we want you to feel comfortable that every small detail is getting taken care of so that you can relax and enjoy your special day. 

 

A LA CARTE RENTALS

We offer a large selection of a la carte vintage rentals. You choose your items and we will send you an invoice, it's that easy. Need help with your style or theme? Check out our thoughtfully curated collections to help hone in on your personal look. Need more assistance? Just contact us to set up a consultation for us to assist you in choosing the perfect rentals.  If you can't pick them up, we offer delivery services as well. Although we have many items listed here on our website, it isn't all that we have! Our warehouse is full of great vintage rentals and we continue to collect pieces almost on a daily basis. What can we say, we love vintage!

DESIGN

Event design is our specialty! We just love being creative and designing spaces to personalize your event. We go beyond the ordinary folding tables and linens and like to bring in vintage elements that raise the bar. Our designs incorporate 90% true vintage pieces from mismatched dinner plates to upholstered Victorian sofas.

 

We offer two design options:

Design Consult

We dedicate 60 minutes of consult time to assist you in creating your dream event. It's the perfect time to go over all of your inspirational photos, your Pinterest board (we know you have one... or two, or three), your personal style, and must haves along with your wish you could haves. It's truly design therapy!

 

Full Design + Rentals

We like to have a hand in every thing! It's the best way to make sure that your style and theme is cohesive throughout. We start with a consultation meeting and then immediately upon booking us we schedule 2-3 design meetings the following months leading up to your event. We focus on color theory, details, and placement. If you know about us or have seen some of our work, you know we have our own special style. We like to incorporate your design with our style. Your event will be uniquely you but with our signature touch. Our team takes care of all the styling, set up and tear down details. You just focus on your tribe and we focus on the decor!   

COORDINATION


Let's be frank, shall we! We've been wedding planners for a few years now. We started when the wedding industry was without so many options. We couldn't do an event or wedding without the planning because at that time.... there weren't very many planners out there. So we stepped in and added this service to our rentals. The market has now quickly changed and your options are vast. There are so many great event and wedding planners out there and we have worked with quite a few. With all that being said, we have opted out in the event and wedding planning service because (like I said, let's be frank) it's not our favorite thing to do. For those who don't really know what planners do, well, here's the gist: Planners are busy people! Their duties range from venue site visits, assisting vendor bookings, contracts and one on one planning with all your vendors, they go through your music, your wedding party, your dress, even your invitations. They talk to you about your family or friend dynamics that are involved in the wedding, they solve issues (they are not miracle workers), they are there for set up on the day of event-during event-and tear down. They do such much more! Every planner has planning packages and they can do as much or as little as you would like them to do and we always tailored our packages. 

Okay, now that we've gotten that out of the way.... we offer coordination service. Yes, there is debate on if a planner and a coordinator are different. So without going over the debate logistics, let me just tell you what we offer in coordination.

Our Coordination service is an add on service to our Full Design + Rental service. We start with providing our preferred vendor list, give advice in booking your vendors, look over your timelines and order of ceremony, and we are your day of coordinator. As day of coordinator, we oversee your timeline and your vendors. Think of it like we are your event manager. We are there during set up, during the ceremony, during your reception, and for tear down. This added service is really an important one if you cannot afford a wedding planner. You really need someone there to manage it all, whether you hire us (yay!) or you have a planner. One way or another, giving the task out to a family member or friend may result in additional stress. You may be one of the lucky ones, who knows! But do you want to take that chance and wind up hurting their feelings when things get a little stressful and bridezilla shows up! If you don't want to hire us, no worries. We have some great wedding planners on our "love to work with" list and will be happy to share their contact information with you. 

Other Services We Provide

COLLABORATIONS + STYLED SHOOTS

There's nothing more humbling than to be asked to collaborate with other vendors. We love collabs! If you are a vendor in the event and wedding industry and you would like us to be a part of your amazing styled shoot, we Thank You! Collaborations can take some time to plan, so please contact us no later than 30 days prior to your styled shoot. Here are a few things to consider when contacting us: First, we only take 6 collaborations a year. Second, we like to know all the information before accepting. Include in your message to us the overall theme, what other vendors/partners are participating, what benefits are offered to participate (marketing, social media, published work, etc.),  location of venue, 

time of day, etc. Third, we can only do styled shoots on off days and times (basically, no Fridays or Saturdays, no Holidays, so forth). Lastly, once the rentals are determined, we will need to have a rental agreement signed for rental damage purposes. 

SPACE RENTAL

We offer photographers the opportunity to do studio photoshoots at our farmhouse venue located in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Our studio space (a.k.a. "the bridal suite") can be available to photographers for family pictures, mini sessions, and boudoir. Already furnished with a vintage sofa, the studio is a perfect place for some great pics!
