Hello! We are very excited to begin working with you on the wedding of your dreams. This small fee guarantees your commitment and our commitment towards a scheduled and planned meeting. Be prepared to do a lot of dreaming, planning, and brainstorming about your special day!
The Consultation- First Appointment (Step 1)
Producing your dream wedding can be overwhelming and that's where we come in. Our initial consultation will give us the opportunity to get to know you, while also giving you the chance to share with us your ideas, your wants, your needs, and your biggest dreams. With this one hour visit, we look at your images, take notes, think about logistics, and get creative with ideas. We also ask that you come prepared with an idea of your overall budget, if you haven't provided that information with us already, so that we know how we can service you best.
After this first appointment, we go over all the great ideas, photos, and information you have shared with us to create a general design and plan for you. We will then send you an email with a breakdown of what we talked about and a quote of service in our service contract.
The Contract (Step 2)
Once you have accepted our quote of service, read and finished filling out our service contract, and signed the contract, we will send you our invoice for payment.
It's that simple! When we get confirmation of your down payment, you are booked, your date is saved, and we get to work on vendor proposals, design details, venue floor plans, and prepare for our final design meeting with you.
Monthly Planning Emails (Step 3)
Times have certainly changed. Everyone is super busy and always on the go, we get that, we are as well. So instead of monthly face to face meetings, we work through email during this time. You are welcome to email us at anytime with questions or ideas during the month, however, in order for you to get the most out of your time with us, all correspondence will be collected and researched as needed and then through a monthly scheduled return email we address all your questions and send you any updated or new planning information.
The Final Design Meeting (Step 4)
The final design appointment will take place around 30 days prior to your wedding day. At this meeting we invite you to bring any last minute details changes that may have happened (guest count changes, wedding party changes, booked hotel information, and the like.) We will present you with our design that was inspired by you and created by us.
At this time, we finalize all the details making sure you have approved every aspect of what we are presenting to you. We will also take time to confirm all logistics and contacts for the day of your wedding, as well as answer any questions you may have. We will go over the remaining balance due on your account and go over any other items that need to be paid for that is not included in our contract (such as real candles, rentals from other companies, printed programs, custom hand lettered signs, place cards, and the like.)
